France Feed is looking for Zonal Incharge (ZIC)Key Job Responsibilities of a ZIC (Zonal Incharge)(France Feed Company)The Zonal Incharge (ZIC) is essentially the overall head of the assigned geographical zone, responsible for both strategic planning and operational execution.Sales and Target AchievementTarget Attainment: Achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set for the assigned zone or geographical area.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies by analyzing local market trends to drive business growth and market penetration.Business Development: Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion and align them with the overall company goals.Team Management and DevelopmentTeam Leadership: Build, lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (Sales Officers/Executives) within the zone.Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and offer necessary coaching and training to team members for skill enhancement.Discipline and Morale: Ensure high team morale, professional conduct, and adherence to all company policies and procedures.Channel and Customer RelationsDealer/Distributor Network: Establish, manage, and maintain a robust network of dealers and distributors, ensuring a strong working relationship and monitoring their performance.Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with key customers (large Khamari) and stakeholders, understanding their needs to ensure optimal service.Credit Management: Oversee dealer credit limits and ensure timely collection of company receivables.Operations and AnalysisMarket Analysis: Regularly collect and analyze information regarding competitors, their products, and general market activities.Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare the zone's annual budget, control expenditures, and provide regular performance reports (on sales, collections, and challenges) to senior management.Inventory Control: Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate and quality-compliant product inventory at all times.Branding and PromotionMarketing Activities: Plan and execute promotional and field marketing activities to increase the company's brand value and customer awareness in the zone.Farmer/Khāmārī Engagement: Organize technical seminars or meetings for Khamari (farm owners/ranchers) and veterinarians/consultants to communicate the technical and commercial benefits of the company's feed products.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingBachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in MarketingSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Agro Marketing, Fish Feeds, Agro Based company, Agro Feed, poultry feed marketing, Cattle Feeds, Chicks Sales and DistributionExperience Requirements7 to 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl.
