Department & Function: Engineering - SouthPosition: Associate Site AcquistionLocation: KarachiReporting to: Senior Manager RolloutJob Type: ContractualJob Purpose: Purpose of this job to do site acquisition, lease renewals and rental processing as per the requirement. Job Responsibilities: New site acquisition, from site identification to On-Air status. Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely execution of all acquisition-related tasks. Verify and validate property ownership documents and other legal paperwork. Initiate and monitor the progress of FAB NOC and all other regulatory clearances. Liaise with local authorities, cantonment boards, and government bodies to obtain necessary permissions and NOCs.
Maintain and regularly update lease agreements, documentation, and records in an organized manner. Process rentals and lease-related data through the company’s ERP system. Collect and verify banking information of landlords for timely and accurate rental disbursements. Dismantling & Re-location project, case initiation on portal, and dismantling and re-location of site. Ensure timely renewal of lease agreements and full compliance with contractual terms and local legal requirements. Handle change of ownership cases and associated documentation/processing. Address and resolve site access issues, coordinating with the Operations department as required.
Support all matters related to cantonment sites, including documentation and regulatory liaison. Manage Right of Way (ROW) issues in coordination with legal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and support Commercial Power energization and DG (Diesel Generator) deployment and commissioning. Provide support for internal and external audits, and prepare regular reports related to site acquisitionEducation: Minimum Bachelors degree is requiredWork Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecom site acquisition, infrastructure deployment, or related fields. Skills – Generic: MS Word, excel & PowerPoint proficiency is a mustExperience with ERP systems (e. g.
, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office toolsStrong project management, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skillsWillingness to travel for site visits, negotiations, and authority coordinationSkills – Job Specific: Excellent negotiation and communication skillsStrong knowledge of property documentation, land ownership structures, and regional property laws. Proven ability to interact with vendors, landlords, government authorities, and legal entities.
