【Job Description】1. Develop and execute terminal-specific marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives, focusing on driving foot traffic, conversion rates, and customer loyalty. 2. Plan and manage terminal marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, digital signage, and experiential activities to enhance brand presence. 3. Collaborate with sales teams to understand terminal needs, provide marketing support (e. g. , training, tools, or resources), and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all terminals. 4. Analyze terminal performance data (e. g. , sales metrics, customer feedback, campaign ROI) to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on results to stakeholders. 5.

Manage relationships with terminal partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless delivery of marketing materials and activities. 6. Monitor competitor terminal marketing tactics and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. 7. Support new terminal openings or expansions with tailored marketing plans, including pre-launch promotion, grand opening events, and post-launch optimization. 8. Manage the terminal marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with cost targets. 【Qualifications & Requirements】1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 2. 3-5 years of proven experience in terminal marketing. 3.

Strong understanding of terminal operations, customer behavior at the point of sale, and retail marketing best practices. 4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms is preferred. 6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. 7. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving customer engagement at the terminal level.
