Senior Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, ensure smooth procurement operations, and maintain strong supplier relationships. This role focuses on execution, compliance, and stakeholder support while adhering to Company policies. Expectations of the Role:

Execute the procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, pricing negotiation and contract managementSupport RFx processes (RFQ, RFP, RFI), bid evaluations, and vendor communicationsLiaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods/services at competitive pricesMonitor supplier performance and address operational issues (delays, quality concerns)Perform vendor management and maintain updated records of vendor databases, pricing, and procurement transactionsEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and proceduresCollaborate with internal teams to fulfil procurement requests efficientlyAttributes Required: Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldWith over 3 years of solid experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor managementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve operational issuesGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)Advantage to Have: Familiarity with PO systems, RFx processes, and basic contract termsBasic negotiation skills and cost-awarenessProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/procurement tools (if applicable)Why Join Zuellig Pharma: We empower employees to THRIVE and grow their long-term careers.
