Job Summary: The Assistant Manager for social media and Influencer Marketing will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, developing engaging content, and building strong influencer partnerships to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. Job DescriptionResponsible for full funnel/integrated marketing tasks consisting of but not limited to: Identifying opportunities in the market via existing and emerging marketing channels and tactics.
Identifying market gap in demographics, market trends, product offerings, consumer behaviours in order to craft marketing strategies to capture new or potential market segment based on the company’s business objectivesStrategizing, implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics. Identifying areas for improvement, conducting A/B testing, and implementing optimization strategies to achieve better results with each marketing channel. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Manage day-to-day social media content planning, posting, and community engagement across platforms. Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to drive innovation. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, design, and product) to ensure consistent messaging. Support digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities through social and influencer channels. Candidate RequirementA bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 5+ years of working experience in online and offline marketing campaigns, ideally from an agency or in-house consumer marketing role with retail and F&B exposure. Effective leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate high-performing teams.
Strong and effective interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders, be internal or external, and collaborate with cross functional departments, countries and levels of employees. The ability to demonstrate commercial acumen. Ability to analyse data to inform commercial decision-making and recommendations. Strong understanding of branding, social media marketing, digital advertising with App marketing knowledge as an additional benefit. Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and measuring marketing performance. Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and content development skills. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. Knowledge of marketing regulations and standards
