Job Description

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION): To assist in driving strategic & transformational improvement & innovation within the organization, define & maintains project management standards across the organization, employing project best practices, documenting project status & strategy in one place. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIsTo support strategic & transformational change across the organization and to transform management and operational way of working. To support in engaging stakeholders and have continuous visibility of projects. To support in defining and employing standardized process for effective execution of projects.

Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles aboveWork with a variety of stakeholders to implement special projects & document outcomes and lessonsResearch, prioritize & follow up on incoming issues & concerns addressed, including sensitive or confidential nature Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response Provide a bridge for smooth communication between projects and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staffJOB AUTHORITIES: To make calculated decisions related to project management with the advisory of Project ManagerJOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

QualificationA Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, and other related studies from a recognized university Any certifications in Project Management, Agile Practice, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Risk Management are a plus.

Experience Minimum 2-3 years business management, strategic operations, change or transformation management, project-based experiencePrior internships in Consulting firm, Private Equity or Investment firm, Banking, Start upSkills & KnowledgeBasic PowerPoint, Excel and analytical skills Basic knowledge of business management best practices Detailed-oriented & impeccable organizational skills Flexible and willing to work on different projectBehavioral Traits – State the type of personality required to fit the jobCollaborative and works well with others, a star team player Great oral & written communication skills, good speaker, and ability to write clear, concise emails & presentations Problem solving & critical thinking skills (Using structured analysis, qualitative or quantitative means, ability to use MECE principles (Mutually exclusively, collectively exhaustive)Resilient and adaptable to changes and ability to pivotConflict resolution, restorative & relator – calm attitude under pressure
