Content includes but is not limited to static visuals, short form video, real-time event coverage and occasionally requires the candidate to appear in the content itselfWork cross-functionally with departments like brand & studio, retail operations & product development to come up with content that's engaging and aligned with brand tone and business objectiveAssist in copywriting that is engaging, witty, and on-brand for various platforms including but not limited to product descriptions, in-app push notification, EDM, Google Ads, Meta Ads & other channels.
Social Media & Community ManagementPlan, organize and own social media calendar and content angles across key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads, etc. )Monitor, analyse and report social media & influencer campaign performance results against targets set by the business;Actively engage with community and followers in real time through social media’s features like comments, duets, and challenges to increase audience interaction and grow an engaging social media community. Handle social media promotions with ZUS App Backend System as well as the setup of its promotional activities.
Analyze and track key metrics, activities, follower responses and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports using platform analytics and social listening tools to optimize content based on insightsInfluencer & Creator PartnershipsIdentify, engage & establish relationships with relevant influencers and creators in the industry that aligns with our brandDevelop and execute marketing campaigns involving influencers & creators, tracking their effectiveness and ROI. Negotiate contracts and manage the budget for collaborations with influencers and creators. Coordinate collabs, seeding, and partnerships — from brief to executionMaintain strong relationships with content partners and micro to macro influencersMonitor influencer content and report on impact (impressions, conversions, engagement)
