We are seeking a talented and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development of AvaTrade’s digital learning academy – a strategic initiative within a leading global FinTech company. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a cross-functional project from definition and planning through to launch and ongoing optimization – combining product thinking, learning experience design, and a strong user focus. A key part of the role involves selecting, defining, and managing a Learning Management System (LMS/LMC) platform to serve as the foundation for the academy. Responsibilities:
Lead the full product lifecycle of AvaTrade’s new online academy – from vision and platform selection to execution and launchDefine the product roadmap and specifications for a scalable LMS/LMC platform, whether via integration or in-house developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams:
content experts, designers, developers, compliance, and marketingDrive product decisions that balance business needs, user experience, and regulatory considerationsAnalyze product usage, course engagement, and learning metrics to continuously optimize the experienceStructure and manage course layouts, user journeys, assessments, certifications, and localization needsEnsure high-quality learning delivery in line with AvaTrade’s brand, tone, and global reachOwn the documentation, KPIs, and sprint management around all academy developmentRequirements:
3+ years of experience in product management – ideally in EdTech, digital platforms, or online learning environmentsHands-on experience with LMS/LMC systems such as Moodle, TalentLMS, LearnUpon, or equivalent – mustBackground in building or managing digital learning academies –advantageFamiliarity with UX/UI and structuring engaging, learner- advantageStrong analytical skills and experience working with engagement metrics and feedback loopsExcellent English communication skills – both written and verbalFintech background – advantageHighly independent, organized, and comfortable owning a product end to endExperience in online trading or familiarity with trading platforms – strong advantage
