Job Description

About the role: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing team. This role will be primarily focused on leading the company’s recruitment efforts, including employee experience, welfare, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to define and execute the company’s hiring strategy, ensure a strong employer brand, and build a solid HR infrastructure that supports rapid growth. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both technical and business roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and execute a scalable hiring strategy aligned with business goals.

Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership, supporting organizational planning and team growth. Manage and optimize recruitment budgets and vendor relationships (agencies, job boards, etc. ). Implement HR processes and best practices across onboarding, performance management, and culture-building. Requirements: Requirements: 5+ years of experience as talent acquisition, with focus on recruitment within tech companies (startup experience is a plus). Proven ability to scale recruitment processes and attract top talent. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to partner with senior leadership. Hands-on experience creating and leading talent management or HR infrastructure, including onboarding, welfare and culture initiatives as the company grows.

Must be able to communicate seamlessly in both written and spoken English. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, eager to build and improve processes in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking and pro-active approach.
