Patrol hospital grounds, entrances, parking lots, and critical areas Monitor surveillance and alarm systems for unusual activity Ensure secure access control, only permitting authorized entry Respond promptly to medical emergencies and fire alarms Assist and direct patients, visitors, and staff with courtesy De-escalate conflicts with professionalism and poise Collaborate with hospital personnel and local authorities Maintain accurate reports of daily activities and incidents You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills The ability to stay composed and make smart decisions quickly Passion for helping people and keeping communities safeRequirementsAble to obtain a Nova Scotia Security License (Paladin can assist) Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification with AEDCompleted immunization records for MMR, Varicella, and TB test Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 Fluent in English (spoken and written) Willing to complete Use of Force (UoF) and MOAB training (covered by Paladin with a 6-month role commitment)High School Diploma/GEDBenefitsWhy Paladin?
