Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master with a strong project management background (PMP) to lead and support Agile teams across multiple technology domains, including application development, networking, and infrastructure projects. This role is critical in driving Agile delivery practices while aligning with the rigor and compliance expected in a financial services environment. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Actively remove blockers and enable team members to deliver on Sprint commitments.

Coach teams on Agile best practices and the use of Agile tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence). Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-maintained backlog. Ensure dependencies, risks, and issues are identified and escalated appropriately. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and PMO to align delivery across teams. Drive project tracking, reporting, and metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc. ). Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements. Required QualificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or higher). PMP Certification is required. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

Proven experience delivering application development, networking, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery in enterprise environments. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.
