About the RoleWe’re looking for someone with solid accounting experience who’s ready to take ownership of our financial day-to-day and help guide our growing company. If you’re organized, confident with numbers, and like making things run smoothly — this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be DoingThis role is hands-on. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to keep things on track financially. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Preparing regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)Handling invoices and paymentsOverseeing payroll, cash flow, and bank statementsHelping build and manage budgetsKeeping track of inventory and project costsMaking sure we’re meeting tax deadlinesSupporting leadership with financial insightsImproving accounting processes and systemsWhat You BringWe’re not asking for a long list of certifications — just real-world experience and a strong work ethic. Here’s what we’d love to see:
A background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financeExperience managing financial tasks for a businessConfidence using QuickBooks and ExcelGreat attention to detailA proactive approach — you see what needs doing and do itClear communication skills — both with numbers and peopleBonus: Experience in telecom, construction, oilfield, or service industries is helpful but not required.
