Expected OutcomesCoordinate order processingEnsure data accuracy in the systemAdhere to various deadlinesList of ResponsibilitiesReceive, validate, and coordinate order processingComplete required information and produce necessary documents for order fulfillmentHandle client invoicingCreate purchase orders required for processing with suppliersAnalyze and resolve issues encountered during order processingKeep systems updated according to the stages of order processing and billingRequired QualificationsDiploma in a field related to administrationMinimum of 2–3 years of experience in administrative or order processing rolesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new softwareBilingual (French and English), both spoken and writtenDesired Skills and AttributesStrong attention to detail and thoroughnessHigh level of autonomy and initiativeAbility to manage pressure, delays, and deadlinesStrong sense of priorities, planning, and organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeamwork and collaboration
