The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Director of Operations who can keep our national network of clinics humming. You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and purpose.

From managing nurse schedules in Ottawa to prepping a new service launch in Vancouver, no two days will look the same — but you’ll love that. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead our operational strategy and execution, overseeing clinic performance, compliance, people operations, and more. What You’ll Own People & CultureSupport hiring and onboarding across all locationsEnsure staff have access to the right systems and trainingAct as an escalation point for performance, team dynamics, or tough conversationsKeep our culture alive with great communication, town halls, and leadership coachingClinical & Day-to-Day OpsOversee Nurse Clinic Managers, Care Team Manager, and Lead Nurse for smooth scheduling and client flowEnsure all clinics operate in compliance with SOPs, privacy, safety, and licensing regulationsOptimize daily workflow — discovery calls, consults, therapy sessions, and moreManage escalated client issues with professionalism, empathy, and speedStrategy & PerformanceSet KPIs with the CEO and monitor clinic performance across CanadaForecast staffing and resource needs with Finance and MarketingLead quarterly planning with Clinic Managers to stay ahead of growthCompliance & QAMaintain national registry of professional licenses and insurancePrepare for audits, inspections, and College reportingEnsure all controlled acts and delegation protocols are correctly followedCross-Functional CollaborationBridge communication between departments (Marketing, Sales, Clinical Trials, etc.
