As Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting BaAM’s high standards for operational excellence by ensuring our internal processes, communications, and documentation run smoothly across departments. This is an opportunity to bring your attention to detail, efficiency, and positive energy to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Success in your role will be reflected in your ability to manage competing priorities, to anticipate team needs, and to maintain seamless coordination across the business.

A background in administration, business support, or event production is highly desirable. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence 4 days per week.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administrative support to departmental leaders and coordinate team-wide communicationsOrganize and maintain accurate project records, and assist in their preparationManage team calendars and meeting logistics to support cross-functional collaborationCoordinate and book travel for team members in alignment with company policiesSupport financial and business affairs administration tasksOther duties and responsibilities as assignedYOUR QUALIFICATIONSPost-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or related field3+ years of related experience in office administration or event productionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong familiarity with video conferencing and collaboration toolsStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExperience working in a confidential and professional mannerProactive and adaptable mindset, with a solutions-oriented approachA valid driver’s license is considered an assetDiversity CommitmentAt BaAM, our commitment to diversity and inclusion is helping us to create not only a great place to work, but also an environment where our employees, our customers and our communities around the world can reach their goals and connect with each other.
