Morson Canada is working with a market-leading, technology-driven organization providing advanced training and systems support solutions to defense departments and OEMs worldwide. We're seeking a Business Development Manager – Americas to lead new business pursuits and manage existing accounts across the region. This is a proactive, solution-selling role focused on identifying new opportunities, building trusted relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. You’ll collaborate with leadership and global teams to help expand our IPS software and services presence throughout North and South America.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage key customer accounts and identify expansion opportunitiesSupport renewals and recurring software/service salesAttend industry events, demos, and customer meetingsTrack tender opportunities and ensure bid inclusionMaintain CRM and sales pipeline reportingWork with marketing on campaigns and visibility initiativesSupport strategic planning, pricing, and bid developmentPromote our presence through industry groups and working bodiesWho We’re Looking For? Several years of experience in technical/solution-based B2B sales ? Strong background in account management, project delivery, or program management ? Proven success in closing complex sales to large private organizations ? Strong communicator with solid planning, organization, and follow-up skills ? Comfortable working across time zones and international teams ?
