The RoleWe’re looking for a dedicated and driven Senior Utility Account Manager, delivering exceptional service to our Utility customers.

This role combines strong people management with technical knowledge, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and proactive project delivery across all business levels. Hours Per Week: 37 Days Per Week: Monday – Friday (09: 00 – 17: 00)Contract: Full Time & PermanentAnnual Salary: £31,770 per annumLocation:

Coventry, Wakefield or HawardenThe day to dayLead and support the small Utility Team, including HR duties, performance reviews, and 1-2-1sManage escalated queries, maintain high morale, and ensure excellent service deliveryOversee CIP project delivery and act as the primary customer contactMonitor KPIs, sample progress, and ensure timely resolution of issuesLead client meetings, present performance and financial dataLiaise with internal teams, sampling providers, and external stakeholdersApprove sampling invoices and manage billing and forecastingMaintain the CIP Helpdesk inbox and support business improvement initiativesAddress H&S concerns and complete ad hoc duties as neededThe EssentialsProven experience in customer service and team managementStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused with excellent relationship management abilitiesConfident with MS Office; experience with QUASAR and PowerPoint is a plusAble to prioritise workloads and work both independently and collaborativelyAttention to detail and commitment to quality and complianceTechnical or operational background desirableWorking at ALSOur people drive our success at ALS.
