Ensure that meeting rooms are set up and cleared in a timely manner and to a high standardEnsure the food is displayed is to the highest standardEnsure that areas of responsibility including the hospitality pantry are always clean, well presented and well-stockedEnsure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menus and allergens in order to provide relevant information to customers and clientsBe responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with proceduresEnsure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with proceduresCovering the coffee bar and being a welcoming presence when clients arriveEvent support including canape service, bar service and fine diningCross training in other departments in order to provide cover where needed to ensure a smooth service for our clientsWorking Pattern:
