Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home!About The RoleAs Category Manager, NZ you will partner closely with the Category Managers across Taste and Wellbeing to execute on category and product strategy. Through solid stakeholder management you will drive strong customer engagement. What You’ll DoConduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Define assortment, pricing, and promotional plans to maximize share and profitability. Promotional plan approvals and business case submissions to Finance. Manage the lifecycle of the product range (range rationalisation, EOL planning). Collaborate with AU Product Line to shape future range strategy.

Partner with key retailers on category growth initiatives. Tailor range plans and pricing strategies by channel (e. g. , premium vs mass retail). Analyse and manage Gross-to-Net (G2N) spend, including trade investments. Track category performance against KPIs: revenue, margin, share, ASP, mix. Drive actions to improve ROI and commercial efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, operations) to deliver initiatives in the integrated business process meeting cadences. Deliver regular reporting on category performance, risks, and opportunities. Own dashboarding or tools to monitor volume, revenue, Profit, and mix performance.

Simulate long-term product forecast for all categories to shape long term demand. Who You AreYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management / category management or buying background, ideally within a global organisationYou are a senior and experienced Category Manager with the ability to build category portfolio from the ground up for the NZ market.
