Job Summary: We are looking for a presentable, friendly, and well-organized Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front-desk activities, providing excellent customer service, and managing administrative support with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the officeAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteouslyManage the reception area and ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environmentMaintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passesHandle all incoming and outgoing couriers and packagesSchedule meetings, manage conference room bookings, and assist in organizing office eventsAssist in basic administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and scanningCoordinate with various departments for smooth internal communicationOrder and maintain office supplies inventoryProvide general support to visitors and employeesRequirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar roleMinimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in Dubai)Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional appearance and demeanorCustomer-oriented with a friendly attitudeHigh school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
