Position Overview: An experienced warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products & Materials across the UAE Sites. This includes managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising a team of warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations and achieve performance goals. Warehouse Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including, Operation, Quality, Engineering, R&D/F&D, and Project to ensure that warehouse activities align with Business Goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervising Warehouse Operations: Managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatch of products / Materials. Inventory Management:
Maintaining accurate stock records, controlling inventory levels, and ensuring the availability of necessary products to meet demand. Assist in SLOB / Non-Moving / Impairment analysis and their Disposition plan to Procurement and PPIC Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and motivating warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to organization standards. Audit & Compliance: Adhering to all relevant regulations, including those related to storage, handling, and distribution. Adherence to Safety Standards: Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and ensuring the well-being of staff. Data Analysis: MIS Reporting Leadership and Management: Collaborating & effective CFT Stakeholder Management Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeProven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role (10+ years) preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficient in SAP HANA /Oracle and Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Specially in excel and PresentationCertificate in Material Management
