Apply today and join us for a life-changing career!The positionAs an Editor, your main responsibility will be to support our area, M1 Business Support, in creating, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality documentation within their respective areas.

You, together with the training partners, will provide support to multiple process groups, helping them standardize, simplify, and optimize their current documentation and training set up. Your main tasks will be:

Work closely together with the Training Partners in the team in ensuring the best support and guidance to internal stakeholders on their content and trainingSupport the area with updating documents and metadata, and in general on the use of Quality Docs for updating contentReview and edit documents and training content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standardsTeach the Content Responsible in Content Control process at the Training AcademyCollaborate with multiple stakeholders from various parts of the organizationQualificationsWe are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

Excellent proofreading and editing skillsExperience working with documentation in a GMP-regulated environment (e. g. , pharmaceutical, food, or aviation industry) is considered an advantagePreferably experience from Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Production, and working with Process ManagementExperience with, or interest in training and facilitationFluency in written and spoken English and DanishAs a person you are detail oriented and like to make sure things are in order. You are service minded and have experience with stakeholder engagement. Furthermore, you have great problem-solving skills.

About The DepartmentInsulin Manufacturing I (M1) is one of three production components in Novo Nordisk’s PS Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) in Kalundborg, which supplies insulin and GLP-1 to the global market. You will become part of our Business Support department which consists of around 65 dedicated colleagues. Our team is focused on high engagement, performance, and personal development.
