Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organisation in the wealth and asset management sector, is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst or Business Analyst for a 6-month daily rate contract. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact transformation initiatives within a highly regulated and dynamic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholdersFacilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to define current and future-state processesTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications for internal IT and vendor teamsSupport project delivery through testing coordination, change impact assessment, and post-implementation reviewAssist in system enhancement efforts linked to regulatory, operational, or product-related change initiativesMaintain clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycleCandidate ProfileMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or hybrid Analyst within the financial services domainDemonstrated experience in wealth management, asset management, fund administration, or financial planning platformsStrong grasp of business process mapping, data flows, and integration points across front, middle, and back-office functionsProven ability to bridge technical and business teams in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and SDLC processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detailDesirable ExperienceExposure to investment platforms, portfolio management systems, or CRM solutions in the wealth domainUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks impacting the sector (e.
