Job Title: Manager, TA - EMEAFLSA Status: ExemptReports to: Chief Revenue OfficerSchedule: Core Business HoursDescription: The Manager, Talent Acquisition - EMEA is responsible for leading and scaling a multi-region recruitment function supporting client delivery across Managed Services, Consulting, Talent Solutions, and Shared Services. Based in Europe, this role serves as the strategic point of contact for internal and external hiring across multiple geographies, including Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The role partners with operations and delivery leaders in Europe, US, and other supported regions to drive recruitment strategy, ensure workforce readiness, and optimize talent processes for client success.
Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead a high-performing recruitment function supporting hiring across EMEA; coach and mentor recruiters across locations. Act as a "player-coach" who balances strategic planning with hands-on recruiting execution when required. Serve as the primary liaison to senior internal stakeholders for hiring pipeline velocity, geographic deployment, and candidate quality.
Develop and maintain market intelligence to advise clients and internal partners on country selection, labor conditions, and regulatory context. Oversee full-cycle recruitment delivery, from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to offer management and transition to onboarding. Align hiring activity with operational KPIs, SLA targets, and compliance expectations across regions. Deliver reporting and insights on hiring performance, cost efficiency, time-to-fill, and market capacity. Collaborate with functional leaders to evolve recruiting processes, evaluate technology platforms, and support change initiatives in talent operations.
