Are you a proactive and solutions-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact on the ground? We're looking for Senior HR Advisor to provide hands-on support and expert guidance to managers and employees.
In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for all HR matters—ensuring policies are applied consistently, supporting the full employee lifecycle, and helping to build a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
What You’ll DoProvide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of policies and proceduresManage employee relations issues while maintaining compliance with labour laws and internal policiesSupport the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingCollaborate with HR partners to implement global and local HR initiativesMaintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standardsAct as a key point of contact for employee queries and promote engagement and development initiativesCoach and advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and workforce planningSupport change management and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processesManage labour relations, including communication with unions, handling of disputes, and local negotiationsMonitor and maintain a positive social climate through effective employee dialogue and council participationWhat You’ll BringExperience in a generalist or operational HR role at a similar levelStrong knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations, including union negotiationsConfident coaching managers on HR policies and proceduresExcellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skillsTrusted partner with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgmentProactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative in a matrix environmentProficient in HRIS systems and comfortable using HR data and metrics.
