Job Description

People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the CPM Operations team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.

The main focus of this role is to provide best in class administrative support and insights to the Client Service Manager and New Business Manager to ensure excellence in Clients Retail Execution Programmes. The Role Holder will be a champion for the CPM values of We Care, We are Curious, We Achieve Together at all times, both internally and externally with the Clients, whilst delivering on-time and professional presentation of designated operational activities. The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

·Account performance management - supporting in controlling costs and margin and budget delivery ·General Account Administrative Responsibilities ·Coordinate activity to ensure the field teams have all they need to do their roles in field·Process onboarding and offboarding of team members when required·Client relationship management·Conducting regular compliance audit calls for the field team when required·Preparation and distribution of Client Reports as per Agreed Contract Timelines·Understanding any information/insights from the reports that we do so that we can help our sales teams and clients with useful insights to help us sell more products in field/store.

·Assist the Client Service Manager with presentations for clients to summarise our sales teams performance·Supporting New Business Manager RequirementsCPM hire for attitude and train for skill. . .
