Role DescriptionWe are seeking a competent, proactive PSCS Site Safety Coordinator to oversee construction activities within a live manufacturing environment. This role is being offered on a contract basis (medium term) and is an imminent requirement to support project delivery while ensuring full compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.  key Responsibilities Assist with the fulfilment of the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) role on behalf of the client.  Support the client in the ongoing development of construction safety standards and procedures Coordinate contractor activities to ensure safe work practices are implemented and maintained.

 Monitor compliance with RAMS, site rules, and health and safety legislation.  Maintain the Construction Stage Health and Safety Plan and update as necessary.  Liaise with PSDP, client representatives, and contractor supervisors on site.  Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and regular audits/inspections.  Assist in compiling and managing documentation for the Safety File.  Candidate profile Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction health and safety, with PSCS coordination exposure.  Strong knowledge of the 2013 Construction Regulations and particular risk management.  Experience working within live or regulated environments (manufacturing, pharma, industrial).  Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

 Qualification in Health & Safety and/or construction IOSH / CIF / QQI qualification in PSCS/managing Safely in Construction equivalent desirable.  Additional Information Contract role with competitive day/hourly rate.  Full-time, site-based in the Sligo region.  Imminent start preferred.
