Job Description

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive National Account Executive to join our commercial team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support our National Account Managers and play a key part in strengthening relationships with our valued customers. This position is a vital part of our commercial function, which represents the business externally and brings our values to life through every interaction with customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for managing a variety of internal and external processes and data.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building and managing diverse relationships, and brings a proactive, customer-first mindset. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong, effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key DutiesTake ownership of internal and external administrative processes, including new product development documentation, promotional proposals, and promotional calendarsCollaborate with third-party field teams to ensure best-in-class in-store execution, on-shelf availability, and promotional compliance, report on key metrics through store auditsManage product sample orders and oversee the delivery processDevelop and maintain systems to track invoices and accrualsPrepare weekly team meeting presentations and monthly Pre-S&OP presentation and take minutes and actions for both meetingsMaintain and update the cross-functional operational planning documentConduct weekly promotional insights analysis using online and in-store visits, covering new product launches, key promotions, pricing changes, and competitor activity in the Irish marketPartner with the Category Insight team to deliver quarterly promotional return-on-investment evaluations to support strategic decision-makingBuild and maintain strong professional relationships across internal teams and external partnersManage high volumes of email communication efficiently and professionallyWork independently while actively driving your personal development plan in collaboration with your line managerDemonstrate a strong desire to progress within a commercial career pathKey RequirementsEducated to degree level or 2 years relevant work experience in sales or customer serviceExcellent communication, time management, organisation, and presentation skillsVersatile, self-motivated, proactive and results-driven with strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using sales databases and web-based toolsAdaptable and responsive to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentFlexibility to travel up to 20% of the timeWhy work for us?‘The WaterWipes Way’ is underpinned by our Values of:
