Industry: Logistics & Supply ChainWe are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing freight forwarding team based in Flemish Region. This is a senior commercial role for a driven logistics professional with a proven track record in air, ocean, and road freight. ? About the RoleThis position is focused on generating new business and managing key client relationships across multiple freight channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, closing high-value deals, and working closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class logistics solutions. ? Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development across air, ocean, and road freight servicesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partnersMonitor industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity ? Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding salesDemonstrated success in securing and growing key accountsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong plus?
