Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with client teams to understand business goalsTranslate complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation—process maps, user stories, workflows, and specsFacilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder interviews to align teams and surface blind spotsSupport project planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery trackingPartner with engineers, designers, and product leads to ensure technical solutions align with business objectivesContribute to building reusable tools, frameworks, and best practices within the consulting teamWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Strategy role, preferably in consulting, tech, or transformation environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring complexityConfident communicator with the ability to translate business needs into technical languageExperienced in agile delivery and familiar with using digital tools to map workflows, manage backlogs, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
