Executive Assistant OpportunityJoin Family Resource Home Care as an Executive Assistant, directly supporting our CEO, Hector, and playing a key role in advancing our mission to provide exceptional care across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Colorado. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact at the executive level. Location: West Valley, AZSalary Range 60,000-80,000This position is hybrid, with in-office presence required approximately 2–3 days per week, depending on the CEO's schedule. When the CEO is traveling, work will be fully remote.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare reports, memos, and correspondence. Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel. Handle client inquiries. Coordinate team meetings and events. Record and distribute meeting minutes. Maintain office supplies and records. Communicate on behalf of the CEO with key stakeholders. Reconcile and document expenses. Support projects and initiatives as needed.
