Job Description

Technical Project Management InternRole OverviewAs a Technical Project Management Intern, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and delivery of modern workplace and enterprise technology projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in analyzing workflows, designing application use cases, managing tasks, and supporting client communications. This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and excellent communication skills.   Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in gathering business and technical requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting solution design discussions. Support Project Managers in scheduling, coordination, task assignment, and daily follow-ups with delivery teams.

Contribute to the development of project plans, reports, status updates, and documentation. Participate in client calls, take meeting notes, and ensure clear communication across internal and external stakeholders. Analyze risks, dependencies, and opportunities for project optimization. Help in creating user journey maps, flow diagrams, or functional documentation for apps and automations. Conduct basic quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet standards and client expectations. Explore and recommend modern tools to streamline project collaboration and reporting. Work with Microsoft technologies including Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Teams.

  What We’re Looking ForRecent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or related field. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Interest in technology, project management, and business analysis. Self-driven, curious, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools; exposure to Azure, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
