Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-BasedEnsure that the caf is run in accordance with all standards required by Frank and Honest including the policies, procedures, instructions and guidelines set out in the operations manualOversee and ensure the smooth running of the caf by prioritising and delegating the workload appropriatelyUnderstand and achieve the budgeted profit for the cafReport weekly to the store owner on the turnover of the cafe and report monthly on the financial performance of the cafSet, monitor and achieve sales targets with the team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste and other KPIs as agreed with the store ownerCarry out a stocktake on a monthly basisControl and monitor all food, beverage, labour and overhead costs for the cafTake full responsibility for health and safety in the cafEnsure that all employees are fully trained in coffee preparation, cash handling, customer service, Health & Safety, HACCP and any other training that may be requiredManage employee rostering and annual leaveCreate a marketing plan for the caf in line with Frank and Honest guidelinesActively promote the range and upsell and ensure that the same is delivered by the teamPlease note that the start and finish times stated are only an approximateApply
