Come build something great at Canto!Role OverviewWe’re hiring an experienced Sales & Lead Development Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) across the EMEA and DACH regions. This is a hybrid leadership role based in Cork, Ireland, requiring regular in-office presence (2days/week minimum). This Individual Will Manage Two Distinct But Complementary TeamsSDRs (Outbound) – generating net-new opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting. LDRs (Inbound) – qualifying and converting high-intent inbound leads from marketing channels. This is a pivotal and high-impact role at the intersection of Sales and Marketing.

We’re looking for a strategic, data-informed leader with strong operational skills and a passion for developing people. The ideal candidate will have experience leading both inbound and outbound development teams, and a proven ability to scale performance. This is a role for an experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to drive results across teams. What You’ll Be Responsible ForLead, manage, and develop both the SDR (outbound) and LDR (inbound) teams based in the EMEA and DACH regions.

Hit and or exceed performance targets for inbound lead conversion, Inbound & Outbound Pipeline generation, and team targets. Coach and grow reps through structured 1: 1s, goal setting, and clear career paths aligned to individuals career goalsDesign and enforce scalable processes for outreach cadences, qualification frameworks, SLAs, and handoffs to Sales. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales on campaign strategy, Ideal Customer Profile ICP) refinement, territory planning, and lead flow management. Monitor, analyze, and report on key team metrics (e. g. , conversion rates, speed to lead, pipeline sourced, activity KPIs).

Drive tech stack adoption and optimization using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Chili Piper. Partner with Revenue Operations to refine reporting, dashboards, and processes for growth and consistency. Recruit, onboard, and retain top SDR and LDR talent with an emphasis on performance culture, accountability, and engagement. Required ExperienceWhat We’re Looking For3–5+ years managing both inbound (LDR) and outbound (SDR) teams in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong record of leadership across EMEA and DACH regions, with understanding of localization and regional buying behaviors. Proven ability to build high-performing, metric-driven teams with consistent pipeline contribution.

Expertise in using modern GTM tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and other sales/marketing platforms. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. History of hiring, developing, and retaining high-potential talent. Hybrid management experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Demonstrated success in a previous management role, including scaling teams, developing effective pipeline coverage strategies, and consistently exceeding revenue or growth targets. Preferred QualificationsExperience managing multilingual teams or working in multicultural environments. Familiarity with ABM, PLG, or hybrid funnel strategies. Previous exposure to DAM, MarTech, or content operations tools. German language skills as a plus Skills & CompetenciesPeople-First Leadership:
