About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the resort’s Information Technology team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are Business Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills Proactively gather requirements from multiple sources using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis.

Demonstrate the ability to lead the development, documentation and translation of complex enterprise-wide business requirements into visual process maps, use cases, and/or technical specifications Leverage advanced analytical skills to interpret business needs, distil high-level information into underlying details and translate them into operational requirements Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans and assist in defining success metrics Successfully engage in a dynamic work environment and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, with the flexibility to adjust to fast-paced and evolving priorities Demonstrate teamwork and drive successful results in small or complex applications rollout to single or multi-properties Adherence to Company Policies Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to define system and process requirements.

Analyse current systems and workflows to identify areas for enhancement or automation. Gather and document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements. Support the planning, design, testing, and deployment of system upgrades, enhancements, and the implementation of new systems or applications. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials. Partner with software vendors, application developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are met. Assist in project management activities, including task tracking, timeline monitoring, and status reporting. Generate analytical reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Participate in ad hoc projects and provide analytical support across departments.

About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of related BA or Systems Analyst experience, preferably within the gaming and/or hospitality industry. Knowledge of: POS, PMS, CMS systems is highly preferred. Excellent understanding of computer-generated reports, forms, and programs as necessary to complete all job tasks. Analytical Thinking: Uses data and logic to identify trends, root causes, and solutions.
