We are looking for a passionate and driven AI Engineer to join our innovative team. You will be a key player in shaping our AI-powered products, reporting directly to the Head of AI & Data. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of educational technology and make a lasting impact. What you will do:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models/AI system that power our core features, including personalized learning paths, content recommendations, and automated assessment tools. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, educators, and product managers to bring AI-driven ideas to life. Act as an internal AI champion, developing and maintaining intelligent workflows to supercharge other teams. This includes automating content creation pipelines, enhancing marketing automation, and building tools that provide data-driven insights to the entire organization.

Stay at the cutting edge of AI research and trends, and taking lead in adopting new technologies and methodologies that can enhance our platform. Work with large datasets to extract valuable insights and inform the development of new and existing features. Take ownership of the full machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring. We are looking for someone with: A genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving field. The courage to take calculated risks and explore unconventional solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A strong engineering background with a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment. Proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain etc. . .
