The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant plus Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a high-profile CEO. This is a role requiring the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both executive-level administrative tasks and the day-to-day operations of the office. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Executive, including managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the executive is well-prepared for all meetings and engagements.
Screen and manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the executive. Organize and maintain the executive’s files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security. Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, with at least 2 years of office management experience. Experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a high-profile or confidential environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage not a must-have. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
