Senior IT Specialist

Position OverviewAHOY is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to enhance our technology landscape and support our growing operations. In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of our IT infrastructure, respond to technical issues, and provide support to team members across the organization. Monitor and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks, ensuring functionality and securityProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff for all IT-related issuesLead the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software applicationsImplement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and securityEvaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance the performance of IT systemsManage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuityCollaborate with departments to assess their technology needs and provide appropriate solutionsQualifications:
