Position OverviewAHOY is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to enhance our technology landscape and support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in IT management, systems administration, and technology solutions, contributing to the overall IT strategy and ensuring that all technology initiatives align with our business goals. In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of our IT infrastructure, respond to technical issues, and provide support to team members across the organization. You will also play a key role in evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and reliability. RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks, ensuring functionality and securityProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff for all IT-related issuesLead the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software applicationsImplement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and securityEvaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance the performance of IT systemsManage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuityCollaborate with departments to assess their technology needs and provide appropriate solutionsQualifications:
