Your responsibilities as Ramp Up Senior Project Manager will include:
Take lead in building a Global Ramp-up Execution System and support the implementation on each production siteCommunicate effectively with key stakeholders across the Globe to ensure alignment and successful project executionDevelop and execute project plans, ensuring continuous alignment with scope, time, and qualityCreate and implement operational standards supporting ramp-up in co-creation with production sitesYour new departmentIn CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products.

Within CMC & Product Supply sits Operational Readiness AP team, which is part of the Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) program at Novo Nordisk. Our department is responsible for ensuring all operational standards are ready for ramp-up through a Global co-creation approach - facilitate collaboration across production sites and countries, enabling teams to create and implement standards together. QualificationsTo be successful in this position, your experiences should include:
Degree preferably within Project Management, Pharmaceutics, Production, or Management5+ years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or similar industry, preferably within Ramp Up projects and pharmaceutical productionProven record of working with strategy and LEAN, with strong ability to understand a complex project scope and stakeholder landscape and be able to breakdown the tasks into a project planStrong organizational and planning abilities to manage resources and schedules effectively across different cultures, physical locations, and time zonesFluency in written and spoken EnglishOn a personal level, you are not afraid of new challenges, and you thrive in a changing and dynamic environment.
You are passionate about making progress in your projects, can set direction for project team members, and know what and when to escalate to management and key stakeholders.
