The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating resources, timelines, and team communication.

This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth progression of our projects and the successful delivery of results to our clients.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and organizing projects from initiation to completionCoordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and informationMonitor project progress and handle issues as they ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork closely with project managers to eliminate blockersPrepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholdersTrack and manage project budgets and timelinesEnsure adherence to internal processes and client requirementsQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative supportExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.
