We’re excited to expand our team and are looking for a skilled Service Manager - Connectivity & Office IT.

You’ll join Enterprise Operations, with the mission to provide innovative and secure IT Solutions to the employees and functions of Vend. As a Service Manager - Connectivity & Office IT, your mission is to bring Vend employees together by enabling seamless interaction and collaboration across multiple countries. The Service area includes secure and reliable solutions for; Connectivity, Video conference, Roombooking, Office Printers etc. What You Will DoEnsure Operational Excellence: Responsible for the infrastructure, integrations and security for the solutions in scope. IT Service Management: We operate in an agile way and facilitate backlog management, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement, strategic planning and development. Close collaboration with the business stakeholders and process owners to make sure that the Service Strategy, roadmap and architecture maximise business value. Financial control, compliance and governance: Vendor collaboration, procurement, license management. Manage system costs, monitor budget, including cost allocation. Ensure compliance with Vend policies and guidelines as well as government regulations f. ex GDPR and NIS2People management and leadership: As a manager for a small but great team across the nordics you are responsible for employee growth, development and engagement.

WHO ARE YOU?You naturally create structure and drive progress toward clear goals. You’re driven to grow both people and operations, and thrive in dynamic, change-oriented environments. You have an academic education or equivalent experience, with at least 4-5 years of work experience in leadership positions as well as managing IT applications or other relevant areas. You possess a broad and solid foundation in IT, with hands-on experience in network operations and audiovisual (AV) technology. You have a genuine passion for technology and enjoy engaging with people, building strong relationships and you have a solution oriented approach.

You are proactive and curious, always keen to explore emerging technologies and identify practical ways they can create value. When challenges arise, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves—diving into root cause analysis and troubleshooting to find effective solutions. ITIL certification as well as Agile experience is an advantage. Fluent in English: You master English fluently in both speaking and writing. Knowing Swedish and or Norwegian is an advantage. Some travel across our Nordic markets shall be expected as part of collaboration with local teams and our business areas.
