Head Office Flex PolicyAbout the roleCollaborate with multiple stakeholders (including Ecommerce, CRM, Marketing and Retail) across the business to deliver compelling and cohesive visual content for both digital and print channels. Design and execute digital and print content across marketing campaigns, website, EDMs and in-storeProduce motion-based visual content for social and ecommerce platforms, including clips from editorial videos for homepage and social ads. Contribute to the development of the brand’s digital design system and advocate consistent use across all digital marketing channels.

Design in-store marketing materials including promotional signage, POS, direct mail, and packaging, ensuring consistent 360-degree marketing alignment across physical and digital spaces. Assist in concepting and designing branded packaging and printed collateral, liaising with suppliers to support production of physical assets. Support creative projects throughout all phases, including retouching, layout finalisation, and sign-off processes. About youMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within premium fashion or lifestyle brands. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and video editing tools (Premiere/Resolve). Proven experience in creating motion and video content for social platforms.

Strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and typography. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively. Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative working style. Demonstrated success in delivering against marketing, digital, and communication goals. Comfort working in fast-paced, high-output creative environments. Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability. Up to date with digital design trends and UX/UI best practices. Sound technical understanding of digital platforms and frontend constraints. Experience producing high volumes of digital and motion assets efficiently. Clear communicator with the ability to articulate creative ideas and take feedback constructively.
