The OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced and impact-driven Project Management Lead to drive delivery and performance across a portfolio of high-impact, transformational projects. Reporting to the Value Stream Lead, you’ll own the execution of complex initiatives while growing and leading a team of Project Managers.

This is a pivotal leadership role that blends hands-on project ownership with strategic oversight, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement across our hardware and software programs. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery, from initial planning and stakeholder alignment through to handover and closure, ensuring risk is proactively managed, resources are effectively allocated, and timelines stay on track. Beyond delivery, you’ll help evolve how we work by setting standards, streamlining workflows, and embedding scalable, efficient processes to enable smarter, faster outcomes.

Your success will also be driven by your ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, operations, marketing, and product while continuously evolving our project management capability to meet the needs of a global business.

With the ability to influence at all levels, you’re confident managing risk, aligning cross-functional teams, and making smart decisions that move the dial. You’ll BringA relevant tertiary qualification (e. g.
