Your main responsibilities will include: Drive core processes and strategic initiatives forward.

This includes take part in a variety of projects including business analysis, business case and reports – and communicate compellinglyPrepare high quality presentations and reports that align with strategic goals and business needsCoordinate and ensure proactive follow up on tasks and implementation of actions, with input from many different stakeholders at all levels Continuously identify and optimise processes based on best-practices and utilizing digital tools and systems (e. g.

AI)Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings and handle minor administrative tasks on behalf of CVP such as calendar managementYour new department In Corporate Facilities, with 350 employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. The Business Support team is part of Corporate Facilities at Novo Nordisk. We are a newly established small team, working closely together with other corporate functions, specialists, and stakeholders at all levels across all of Novo Nordisk. The team is located at our headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark.

Your Skills And QualificationsWe are looking for a person with a strong dedication and motivation to be part of a small team with the opportunity for significant impact in the role. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: A master’s degree in business administration, economics, political science or other relevant.

You are about to start your career or have 1-2 years of experience working with management support, business partnering, management consulting, reporting, or similarA structured, systematic, and independent way of working with the ability to hold leaders, colleagues, and yourself accountable for deliverables Strong analytical and communicative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office packageFluency in English with excellent writing and presentation skills. Proficiency in Danish is an advantage As an individual, you are quality-conscious, ambitious, have a strong personal drive, and thrive in a collaborative working environment.
