About This OpportunityAs an Accommodation Worker you will: Manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and assist with guest enquiries. Assist with accommodation admin tasks and help guests organize travel plans. Monitor guest activity and perform First Aid/Fire Warden duties if needed. Help housekeeping and kitchen teams with cleaning, laundry, and food service tasks. Operate the kiosk, handle stock and payments, and assist with event setup. About YouAs a great candidate you will: Communicate professionally and respectfully with guests and colleagues; work independently and collaboratively. Demonstrate respect for cultural diversity and social differences in a socially inclusive environment.
Show initiative, creativity, and effective problem-solving skills in daily tasks. Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid and Food Safety certificates, NT Driver’s Licence, Criminal History Check, and a valid Working with Children/Vulnerable People check.
