You’ll be responsible for building the frameworks, programs, and pathways that align to firm strategy and empower our people to grow and thrive. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll be a strategic thinker, thought leader, and subject matter expert who collaborates with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and create scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact. What You'll Be DoingDeveloping and deliver a learning strategy aligned with the firm’s purpose, values, and long-term goals. Leading a team of L&D professionals focused on capability development, leadership pathways, and career progression for partners and employees.

Embedding a culture of continuous learning and growth through innovative programs, coaching, and development frameworks. Partnering with the business to anticipate future needs, deliver capability uplift and develop core learning programs from graduate to partner level. Ensuring all learning initiatives are inclusive, measurable, and contribute to performance, engagement, and retention. Keeping up with new trends in leadership, development, and AI to recommend solutions that enhance learning outcomes. Contributing to the broader People & Development strategy as a member of the P&D leadership team.

Who You AreYou'll have 10+ years’ experience in learning and development roles, ideally within a professional services or complex corporate environment. You’re a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of leadership development and adult learning principles. You've demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful leadership and capability programs. You’re collaborative with a passion for building high performing teams. You're confident and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders. You’re passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that drive behaviour change and build future-ready capability.
