This role ensures proper and complete documentation are scan into system for smooth custom clearance. Job ResponsibilitiesKey entry of shipment informationUpload shipment and information records to mainframeAuditing paperwork, printing barcode and scanning of paperwork into IDISEnsure on-time and accuracy of key entryAdministrative duties and housekeeping of paperworkVerifying and auditing of discrepancy report.
Any other duties assigned from time to timeCall / email customer to obtain missing documentationJob RequirementsPossess at least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ CertificatePreferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant experienceTeam player; able to work independently with minimum supervisionComputer literate; typing speed of 40wpmWilling to work evening shifts of 6-10pm (UPS House), 5-9pm (Hub)Willing to work on 1 Saturday of each month from 4-8pm (UPS House)Willing to work overtime and/or on Public Holidays when required. If there is any pickup on public holidays, team members will take turns to work on the public holiday within the year.
