Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimise logistic processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savingsAnalyse market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities and risksUtilise coding and data analysis skills to analyse data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for decision makingDemonstrate a proactive and practical mindset, actively engaging in ground operations to identify, suggest, and execute enhancements that optimise workflow efficiency and effectivenessCoordinate and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organisationDesign initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts.
Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projectsStay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational effectivenessRequirementsBachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldCandidates with expected graduation in 2025 or recent graduates are welcomed to applyProficiency in coding and data analysis tools, namely Python and SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and draw actionable insightsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
