As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business managers, providing consistent and proactive HR support across all areas. From employee relations and performance management to HR systems and reporting, this role ensures the smooth operation of HR processes while promoting best practices and a positive company culture. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Actively manage employee relations matters in collaboration with department managersProvide HR guidance to business managers on policies, procedures, and initiativesSupport and advise managers on handling performance-related matters to ensure adherence to HR policies and best practicesTalent Management & Development:

Identify, develop, and retain top talent through structured programmes and initiativesAssist in the onboarding of high-calibre candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into the businessSupport the implementation and maintenance of employee performance appraisal systems across all departmentsHR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR-related IT systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee recordsProduce and report on key HR statistics via a monthly HR Scorecard for executive and senior managementGenerate payroll data for joiners, leavers, and changes in line with payroll schedulesReward & Recognition:

Maintain and enhance reward and recognition programmes, including employee benefits schemesDevelop and administer staff retention strategies to drive engagement and employee satisfactionHR Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with the company's mission, values, and regulatory requirementsAssist in policy development and documentation to maintain compliance with employment lawSupport employee safety, welfare, and wellness initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environmentWorkforce Planning & Strategy: Liaise with the operational planning department to manage headcount forecasting and workforce planningAid in the development and execution of internal communication strategies to align HR practices with business objectivesAdditional Responsibilities:

Provide consistent end-to-end HR services across all areas and act as a point of escalation for the teamEnsure HR policies reflect company values and are compliant with national and local regulationsAssist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies and plansFacilitate employee orientation, training, and ongoing development programmesCoordinate employee safety, welfare, and workplace wellness initiativesAdminister compensation and benefits packages to support employee well-beingLiaise with key stakeholders to ensure HR alignment with business goalsUndertake other HR-related duties as assigned to support the business needs and HR functionRequirementsEssential Criteria:
