You will be responsible for HR administration for recruitment, employee onboarding and off-boarding, benefits administration, and maintaining HR Information Systems.  Your attention to detail and effective communication skills will ensure that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You will be knowledgeable about HR best practices and be an effective agent of change. You will collaborate closely with department managers to meet production staffing needs and will assist employees with HR-related inquiries under the guidance of HR Generalist / HR Manager. Key Responsibilities• Manage the administration aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling and job-offer administration requirements• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and employee records. • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.

• Support performance management processes under the guidance of divisional Talent team• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Conduct exit interviews and handle the offboarding process for departing employees• Support IPL divisional HR projects as required• Support & administer for local employee well-being and community initiatives as directedQualifications & Experience• Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an HR related field will be an advantage. • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR and in a manufacturing setting. • Working knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices. • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite applications.
